Wholesale Instructions

★About the product:

1. Due to the manufacturing process of glass products, some products may have minor bubbles or mold lines on their surface. All of these issues are not considered product quality problems. Those who are sensitive to this may avoid purchasing.

2. Since iron art items are handmade, there may be minor imperfections that do not affect use; these are all normal phenomena.

No further use of this as a post-sale reason

★Regarding prices: The quoted amount is a reference price including packaging, but excludes shipping costs; any fluctuations will not be notified in advance. Please consult customer service before purchasing. Mixed orders are accepted for all items, but each product must meet the minimum order quantity.

★Regarding the delivery period: The delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days, except for force majeure events and holidays.
Regarding logistics: Large purchases are typically shipped by freight; the buyer may need to collect the goods in person or negotiate with the logistics company for delivery at home. Small items are sent via courier service. We will select an excellent and convenient logistics company to deliver them to you.

★Regarding color variation: Our products are shot on-site by a professional photography team. However, due to factors such as environment, lighting, and monitors, some minor color variations are inevitable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
★Regarding dimensions: The dimensions of our products are measured manually, and the products are also manufactured manually. It is impossible for all items to be exactly the same; there will inevitably be some errors. We apologize for any inconvenience.

★Regarding scratches: Our company follows strict quality checks before shipment. However, due to the special nature of the products, minor scratches and small bumps may occur during production and transportation. We will strive to improve this, and please understand that these are non-functional quality issues that do not affect use.

★Regarding after-sales service:
1. Please make sure the item is in good condition before signing for delivery after it arrives. If any shortage or missing item is discovered during inspection, you may refuse to sign and contact us immediately. To avoid unnecessary trouble, if any quality issues are found with the product, please contact customer service promptly to discuss a replacement or refund.
2. If you or someone else signs for the package, please contact us within 24 hours (based on the signing time). If you notice any quality issues with the product itself, please inform us promptly and provide photos on the day of receipt. We will handle it properly. Please feel free to purchase with confidence.

If no photos are uploaded or no notice is given to customer service on the day of delivery, then the goods will arrive safely that day. We must apologize for not being able to accept reasons such as throwing away the items, inability to take photos, or lack of a phone or camera.
3. Please open the package and inspect the items upon receipt, verify the quantity, and confirm there are no shortages before accepting it. If any shortages are found, please follow the following two-step process so we can handle it promptly.
1) Indicate the details of out-of-stock items on the packing list and take a photo of the packing list for evidence.
2) Contact customer service within 2–4 hours and upload the order receipt and photos.

4. Since wholesale operations are conducted with minimal profit, if fragile items are damaged during transportation, both parties will share the cost equally for any damage exceeding 2000 yuan per order (photos of the damaged items are required). We will pack them carefully before shipping, so you can purchase with confidence. If additional accessories are needed, we will send them along with the next order.
