Dear customer, welcome to the Ceramic Factory Store. Thank you for your attention and support. To facilitate better communication between us and provide you with an improved shopping experience, please take a few minutes to read the text below.
About the product:This store only sells wholesale, not retail. Orders must be placed in full boxes, and shipping begins after 5 boxes are ordered. All products are excluding tax and shipping fees; please contact customer service after placing the order to adjust the shipping cost. Tax charges will be added separately when issuing an invoice.
Regarding transportation:This store defaults to shipping by logistics service; the shipping fee is paid at receipt of delivery, and the customer can pick up the goods at the logistics station. If you have any other requests (such as prepaying the shipping fee or door-to-door delivery), please consult the customer service.
Regarding packaging:All products in this store are packaged in standard cardboard boxes. If you require a wooden stand, a wooden tray, or any other modifications, please contact us in advance.
Regarding damage:Ceramics are fragile items, and no shipping method can guarantee absolutely no damage. If any damage is found upon receipt, please take photos as evidence and contact us within three days. We will compensate 50% of the cost for the damaged item, but we will not reship it. No compensation will be given for damages occurring beyond the return period. We are only responsible for damages caused by the logistics company’s transportation; if the product suffers damage due to secondary transportation after receipt, we will not be liable.
