III. Please contact the owner before purchasing.

Please contact the seller before purchasing to inquire about the items to be bought, as well as matters such as shipping. This will help you obtain accurate information about the products and reduce any unnecessary misunderstandings.

IV. Regarding Pricing Issues

All products in this factory are reference prices. For pricing issues, we need to discuss with the seller. We adhere to the principle of giving better prices for larger orders. (More discounts available)

5. Regarding Shipping

We will ship the goods after your payment is received, arranging delivery in the order in which the buyers pay.
We have dedicated personnel who strictly inspect the quality of the products during packing and shipping!

This product has a relatively low average order value; there may be some damage upon receipt! Please consider purchasing with caution.

To avoid any unnecessary disputes or misunderstandings, we would appreciate it if customers could wait for 1 minute to refer to this information:

1. After successfully purchasing the item, please keep your contact information up to date. If you cannot be reached due to unclear address details, failure to power on the device, loss of item, or other reasons, and if there is a delay in delivery or the package cannot be delivered after shipment, resulting in a return request, this is not our responsibility. You will need to pay for the return shipping before we can reship the item.

2. When receiving the delivery package from our store, please open it in front of the courier and inspect it before signing for it. If any issues such as missing items, stains, or damage are found, please reject the package and contact us. Otherwise, if you accept it blindly and later discover problems, we will not be able to recover those losses for you. The signature on the delivery note indicates that the goods arrived at your hands without damage. If you find that the items are missing or damaged after the courier has left, the courier company will not compensate, and we will not assume any responsibility or provide any compensation. Please remember this! We are also unable to help in such situations, so please open the package and inspect it in person (if asking someone else to receive it, please also check and sign for it according to the above method; otherwise, we are unable to assist with any losses resulting from this.)

3. Please, dear customer, confirm receipt and leave a positive review within 24 hours after receiving your package. If you have any issues, please address them and resolve them within 48 hours. If these issues are not addressed by the specified time, it will be assumed that there are no problems with the item you received. Since online transactions involve many customers, if you do not follow this standard process, we will retain our after-sales service based on the actual situation! If you have any questions, please communicate with us promptly. Any issue is resolved through understanding, communication, and cooperation. We do not accept negative reviews given without any communication. After you communicate with us, we will actively handle the issue. We are not human beings, and even small items worth a few cents or dollars cannot be guaranteed to be perfect. Some small items may contain individual defective units when purchased in bulk. If you are a perfectionist or a subjective individual who only focuses on yourself, I would like to remind you that online shopping and wholesale are not suitable for you. Please go to the brand’s official store instead. If you still decide to order, but then give a negative review due to your own opinions, we will file a complaint to the fullest extent possible!

4. Often, customers believe it is our fault for the delayed delivery. In fact, we share the same concern—we both want the item to arrive as soon as possible. You pay the price and shipping fee via Alipay and wait for the item; we will then arrange the shipment promptly and hand over the item along with the shipping fee to the courier for delivery, waiting to receive payment. Only after you receive the item and confirm it in Taobao will Alipay pay us. Therefore, our perspectives are similar. If there is a delay in your delivery, we will take your time and actively contact the courier to resolve the issue. As you are aware, the courier is not staff from our store; they provide third-party services. Please do not attribute issues to the service quality of the courier. If you cannot agree to this, please do not purchase our products.

5. All actual product images and descriptions of this store’s items: unless caused by the seller, once sold, all products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please avoid requesting returns or exchanges on the grounds such as “it’s not what I imagined” or “my friend doesn’t want it,” as we simply have no way of knowing how vivid your imagination is. For other products, if the buyer requests a replacement unilaterally, they must bear the return shipping costs and ensure the item is intact. In that case, they can freely exchange it for another equivalent or higher-value item from the store. Therefore, friends who approach purchases with a “just trying out” mindset should respect both parties’ efforts and think carefully before making a purchase.
