II. Ordering Process:

1. Product design and artwork confirmation: When customizing products, clients must provide specific requirements such as designs, quantities, specifications, surface treatment processes, and packaging. It is recommended that clients submit designs in formats like AI/CDR/PDF.

Source files; if the original design is missing, clearer images can also be provided;

2. Product quotation and price confirmation: Our company will provide a quotation based on the above product information;

3. Mold manufacturing: After both parties agree on the price, the customer pays the mold fee. Our company will produce product renderings for the customer’s confirmation. Before the actual mold production begins, the customer may submit suggestions to adjust the mold manufacturing plan.

4. Sample production: The production of samples is typically completed within 7–9 days, depending on the product design and the complexity of the manufacturing process.

5. Confirmation of samples: Our company will provide the samples to the customer for confirmation;

6. Ordering and product production: Upon customer confirmation of the sample order, a deposit of 30% of the total order amount must be paid to initiate production. Our company will then produce the bulk items based on the confirmed sample.

7. Production completion and shipment: After all products are produced, the customer pays the remaining balance (70%), and our company will arrange the shipment. A pleasant cooperation is achieved.
