Ordering Process:

First, contact our online customer service or call us directly. Provide the design files, images, and quantity specifications. After our company verifies that the information is correct, we will provide a quote to the client.

Client ConfirmationOKFor the payment of the prototype cost, our company will create the mold engineering drawings based on the design drawings or samples provided by the client for confirmation. Confirmed.OKAfter that, we engrave the molds, adjust the colors for sampling, take photos of the samples to get client confirmation, and send the physical sample images once they are approved. After the physical sample images are confirmed, our company will ship the samples to the client.

Client Confirms the SampleOKSigned the bulk production contract; the client will pay30% deposit, our company will arrange the production of bulk items; if the bulk items are okay.(<t_XXXXXXXX> Customers confirm via photos or sending bulk samples, or conduct on-site inspections by the customer), once the customer pays the remaining balance, our company will arrange shipment.)

【Order Instructions】

The client provides the design drafts or samples. After our company confirms that the designs or samples are acceptable, the client pays the mold making and sampling fee. We then prepare the mold engineering drawings based on the provided designs or samples for the client’s confirmation. Once confirmed, we engrave the mold, adjust the colors for sampling, and take photos of the completed sample to obtain the physical sample image. After the physical sample image is approved, we send the sample to the client. Upon approval of the sample, the client signs the bulk production contract, pays a 30% deposit, and we arrange the production of the bulk goods. After the bulk goods are approved (via photos or by sending the bulk sample for client confirmation or personal inspection), the client pays the remaining balance, and we arrange shipment.
