Usage instructions:

1. Remove the cap and unscrew the cartridge holder.

2. Insert the small end of the medication cartridge into the cartridge holder.

3. Push the screw into the pen.

4. Attach the cartridge holder, and screw the pen body onto the cartridge holder until it is secure.

5. Screw the needle onto the cartridge holder.

6. Turn the gear at the end of the pen to adjust the dose.

7. Tap the injection button at the end of the pen to release air from the cartridge.

8. Adjust your dose.

9. Insert the needle into the skin at the correct position.

10. Place your thumb on the injection button and press slowly until the button stops moving.

1.1. Hold the button pressed for 5 seconds, then remove the needle from the skin.

1 2. Verify that you see a 0 in the dose window to confirm you have received the complete dose.

13.Remove the needle and put the cap on the pen.
