6. Usage Instructions

1. Battery installation: Push the fully charged lithium battery pack toward the bottom slot of the device inward. When you hear the click of the latch locking in place, ensure the battery is fully seated. To remove the battery, press the side latch and pull it downward to extract the battery.
2. Sleeve assembly: It is necessary to ensure the machine is powered off and stopped. Select the qualified sleeve that matches the fasteners, insert it fully into the 1/2-inch square output shaft, and confirm that the locking sleeve is securely fastened on the shaft with no looseness or movement.
3. Gear selection: Switch gears based on actual operating conditions. Bolts that require controlled tightening force should use the slow gear; bolts that get stuck due to rust and adhesion should use the fast gear.
4. Turn control: Move the middle direction switch button. Pull it to the left for forward rotation, used for bolt tightening; pull it to the right for reverse rotation, used for bolt removal. If the button is in the middle position, it acts as a safety lock, preventing the trigger from activating the machine.
5. Power-on operation: After all components and settings are confirmed, pull the trigger.
