Delivery Precautions!

To prevent the goods from being lost or damaged during transportation, we have taken appropriate and thorough measures:

1. Detailed division of labor in the warehouse: one person handles inventory distribution, another reviews, and another packs items to prevent shortages or understocking.

2. A packing list is provided along with the goods for the customer to count the items.

3. Regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not when receiving the goods, customers must open the box for inspection. If the product is damaged due to shipping issues or other quality problems, please have the relevant shipping company issue a certified document, and provide this document to us, so that we can assist the customer in filing a claim.

4. If any quality issues are discovered within one week of receiving the item, you may return it directly to us. For items priced higher, the warranty card provided with the product can be used for a warranty period of six months or one year according to the terms outlined on the policy attached to the product. We will cover the cost of the damaged goods (due to quality issues), but we will not cover the return shipping costs.

5. If the goods are not received as required, and any damage or loss occurs due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.

6. All customers are requested to ensure the integrity of the product packaging and the completeness of accessories or related documents. For products with quality issues, we will provide returns or replacements within the specified time. (If a replacement is required, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer)
