For special regions or areas where express delivery is unavailable, please inform customer service before placing an order. For bulk customers, you can contact customer service to arrange logistics. 

04. Regarding Signing for DeliveryWhen you receive the package, please do not rush to sign on the delivery receipt. Make sure to inspect the item on-site in front of the courier. If there is any damage or shortage, please reject it and contact us immediately! Signing the receipt indicates your acceptance of the quantity and condition of the goods. We will not be able to claim compensation from the courier company on behalf of the buyer, and we also apologize for any losses due to discrepancies, shortages, or damage in the items. If you have any issues after receiving the item, please take photos or videos for evidence and contact customer service right away!
