Our factory specializes in producing flocked and velvet floor mats. We have a 6000 sqm standardized production facility equipped with 50 computerized sewing and textile machines. With strong production capacity, we ship over 300 items per day on average. The products undergo high-temperature dye fixation and static elimination processes, achieving a color fastness of ≥4 grade. They feature no wool shedding, no color loss, and resistance to washing, ensuring reliable quality.

【Cross-border OEM】

With ample production capacity, mature manufacturing lines, and a rigorous quality control system, we have established long-term deep partnerships with Amazon LUMI and DEXI, achieving monthly shipments exceeding 100 containers. We can handle all types of OEM/ODM customization services, supporting various packaging options such as vacuum packaging, OPP bags, and waist seals. The standard delivery time is 7–15 days.

The product line has passed EU CE and REACH certifications, while the factory holds BSCI certification. A complete integrated service system for research and development, mass production, and quality inspection is established. The factory is located in two places: the main plant is situated in Shantou, Guangdong, and a branch factory is set up in Tongxiang, Zhejiang. Production can be arranged flexibly according to the customer’s export region, effectively reducing logistics costs: for shipments to South China ports such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Dongguan, goods are shipped from the Shantou plant first for more affordable shipping costs; for exports from East China, the Tongxiang branch factory is used for production, enabling nearby delivery and cost savings.

For the domestic market, we offer drop-shipping service. Orders can start as small as 50 items, making it easy to achieve small-batch customization. Our team consists of 10 professional designers who can complete various personalized designs as needed, fully adapting to domestic multi-channel distribution models.
