1. Only upon having clear and specific ordering intentions (including product model, quantity required, and printing requirements) can our company provide you with relevant product samples. We refuse requests to place bulk orders for sample production for a newly established gift company or to store samples for customers as alternatives. Please understand.

2. Any party requesting samples from our company, regardless of product size or quantity, must pay a sample deposit.

3. After signing the formal contract, the sample deposit paid will be offset against the payment for the ordered products. In other words, the sample is provided to you for free.

4. After receiving the relevant funds, our company will immediately arrange to send out product samples.

5. The shipping cost for sending the samples shall be borne by the buyer. The shipping fee can be paid together with the sample fee, and our company will cover it first (this makes the shipping fee more affordable). Alternatively, SF Express can be used with the payment due at the destination.

=====Customization Instructions=====

 1. Regarding sample production:

Our company can design products tailored to customer requirements. A sampling fee will be charged at the time of confirmation. If the order volume reaches 10,000 units after the official order is placed, the sampling fee will be refunded. The time spent on sampling is not counted against the production deadline.

2. Regarding the LOGO description:

① Please provide a complete and clear electronic artwork, along with the international Pantone color code.

② The artwork document format is CDR; AI PSD text is converted into curves

③ For silk-screening the logo, it is recommended to use 1–2 colors.

=====Regarding Shipping=====

      After the contract is signed, I will arrange production immediately upon receiving the deposit. After the products are finished, we will take photos for the customer to confirm. Once the final payment is received, we will schedule shipment right away. Specific details can be discussed. (Please note that shipping time is an uncertain factor, especially for long-distance shipments; you should reserve sufficient time.)

=====Regarding Packaging=====

 Our products are small commodity items, and most of them are packaged in standard cardboard boxes. The internal packaging usually consists of an OPP bag for each product. Logistics charges are determined based on the weight of the packed goods; for specific pricing details, our company can assist in consulting logistics to calculate the transportation costs.

The customer’s logo, advertising graphics can be printed on paper cards, opp bags, and gift boxes. Products with customized packaging tailored to the client’s style are also available upon request!

=====Regarding Delivery Acceptance=====

          All of our products are carefully inspected before being shipped. It is recommended that buyers inspect the items in person when receiving them. To protect your rights, please check the goods thoroughly before signing for delivery. If any discrepancies in quantity or product model are found during inspection, please contact us immediately. In case of damage during transportation, please claim compensation directly from the shipping company. (Please ensure you unpack the items during inspection. If goods are damaged due to transportation without careful inspection and are signed for directly, the shipping company will refuse compensation, causing unnecessary losses.)
