Purchase recommendations for internal lengths:

Inside shoe length ≈ net foot length + 1 cm; choose the size accordingly, but if your feet are large, it’s recommended to select one larger size.

If you have any questions, please consult the store's customer service.

Foot length measurement method:

Please please choose the shoes based on the baby’s foot length! The fit range refers to the length of the inner measurement (not the sole length). All the child shoes in this store are marked with manually measured values, but due to different measuring tools or methods, there may be some errors, ranging from 0.3 to 0.5. Please be careful when ordering, as even minor errors may occur!

Please select the size based on our actual insole length. Do not simply choose the same size you usually use. Each shoe model has a corresponding insole length, and there is no standard for children's shoes. Be sure to measure your foot length!

Generally, it is recommended to follow this formula: shoe inner length ≈ net foot length + 1 cm. If your feet are larger, consider choosing a size up. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Instructions for Purchase:

1. The value for money of our shoes is acceptable; only some specific models have quality issues. This is because shoe production is done one pair at a time by hand, not mass-produced in a mold. I believe everyone can understand this. We strive to ensure quality from the source; we check each shipment to identify any defective items, so our partnership can last long-term. If a few buyers have extremely strict quality requirements, I suggest not ordering from us initially and seeking other suppliers instead.

2. Measurement errors in shoes are possible. The internal lengths are measured manually, and any error of approximately 0.3–0.5 cm is normal. If you are very sensitive to this, please take careful photos.

3. Shoes may vary in size, and their weights will also differ. Therefore, it is advisable to consult customer service before placing an order to adjust the shipping cost.

4. Only postal services and Zhongtong are available for shipping. Note: If you need other couriers, contact customer service after ordering; prices will be discussed separately. (For delivery with payment at the destination, please contact customer service.)

5. Orders shipped by default are those placed before 2 PM; shipping will be determined after 2 PM. If you are in a hurry, it is recommended to order in advance or earlier in the morning. Generally, items can be shipped on the same day or the next day, unless there is a shortage and it may take a few extra days.
