Quality Statement: Daily-use ceramics, mugs, tableware, and tea sets are handmade products. Due to firing at high temperatures of over 1,000 degrees Celsius, there are certain uncontrollable factors, and potential craftsmanship defects or handmade traces may exist. Small holes, bubbles, spots, or black dots on the glaze are normal manufacturing phenomena and not indicative of quality issues. Even in ceramic products, minor defects are acceptable. We strive to make our products perfect; we hope friends won’t be too demanding. (Custom logo designs are exclusive editions, and no returns or exchanges are available after order placement!) Please proceed with caution.

Regarding color variation: Due to differences in lighting and external light conditions, it is normal for products to exhibit color variations. Buyers who cannot accept such variations should choose carefully. The actual color should be based on the item received; color variations are not grounds for return or exchange. Such issues cannot be used as reasons for negative reviews or complaints. Please understand.

Regarding damage issues: Ceramic items are fragile. If any damage is found within 24 hours of receipt, please take photos and send them to us, and we will send a replacement free of charge. We cannot guarantee that the item will not be damaged upon delivery. Ceramic fragile items do not support returns or exchanges; this condition is assumed upon purchase.
