4. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours after payment. If an urgent situation arises and shipping cannot be completed promptly, we will contact you immediately.

5. Our store operates with low margins. If the products are damaged during transportation, both parties will bear half of the cost (our packaging is very sturdy, and the probability of damage is very low). Please send them again if you agree.

6. Most products that can be photographed on the shelf are in stock. For those with temporary shortages, we will note them in the shipping list. After receiving the items, contact customer service to request a refund; no additional shipment will be provided.
