Mainly dealing in high-quality domestic alloy aluminum materials and alloy copper materials, original factory alloy aluminum sheets, aluminum rods, and profiles (including various grades and states such as 7075, 6061, 5052, 20241085, 1060, 1050, 1100, 1070, 2014, 2017, A12, A14, 3003, 3004, 5050, 5052, 5005, 5056, 503, 5A04, 5A06, 5754, 5251, 5252, 6061, 6063, 6082, 6060, 7075, 7500, 7574, 7A04), anodized aluminum plates, and other industrial raw materials. These are widely used in various industries such as aerospace, shipbuilding, mechanical equipment, mold manufacturing, and hardware products.
It exhibits good strength in heat-treatable alloys, with excellent corrosion resistance and cutting performance. The surface becomes attractive after an anodizing process, and can be processed into optical mechanical components, ship parts, and wire clamps.
5556 is an Al-Mg type rust-resistant aluminum alloy that cannot be heat-treated for strengthening. Apart from the lower manganese content, its chemical composition is largely similar to 5B05 alloy. The magnesium content is slightly higher than that of 5A05 alloy, and its properties are essentially comparable to 5B05. The alloy exhibits good plasticity in the annealed state, possesses excellent corrosion resistance, and has acceptable weldability.
The 5056 alloy is commonly used for rivets in composite parts made of aluminum and magnesium alloys. Additionally, 5056-coated aluminum wires are widely used in the production of window screens and other wire products that require corrosion resistance.
