Working method: water grinding.

1. Level the machine (the 4 holes on both sides of the base allow customers to install expansion screws for fixation), connect to the water inlet pipe (the electric valve at the water inlet pipe is controlled during operation and syncs with the motor switch), and remove the water outlet pipe (during operation, the water inlet pipe).

2. Power on the device, start the motor, and observe for any abnormal noise during operation without load.

3. There are three angles available on the work platform, which can be adjusted using the adjustment screw (7).

4. Replace the grinding wheel. Cut off the power, open the front cover (11), remove the grinding wheel cover (1) (if not convenient, you can also remove the spray pipe (13) at the same time to replace the grinding wheel).

5. After completing the work, any remaining debris must be cleared promptly.

General Issues and Troubleshooting

1. Abnormal noise during work

Reason: ① The shaft sleeve is loose; ② The grinding tool has poor flatness.

Removal methods: ① The sand blade (16) can be removed, and the two set screws on the shaft sleeve (2) can be tightened again using the attached wrench; ② Replace with a new sand blade.

2. After power on, the machine does not operate.

Reason: ① Motor fuse; ② Motor burned out; ③ Switch malfunction.

Exclusion methods: ① Replace the fuse (22 socket built-in); ② Replace the motor; ③ Replace the switch
