Material of Tangpozi: H62 copper

The Jiquan copper heating pot is made from high-quality aged brass, ensuring no leakage or seepage, and it is safe and durable. The heating pot consists of two semi-circular copper plates welded together, with a welding seam in the middle of the pot body. After multiple polishing steps, the welding seam becomes barely visible; even without careful inspection, it is impossible to detect it. Due to manufacturing issues, there may be small welding pits in the middle of the pot body (due to slight misalignment), but this is not a quality problem. As a polished pure copper product, there may be a few scratches and oxidation (if there are any small black spots or red patches, they are copper oxide, CUO). Aged copper changes color when exposed to high temperatures—this is a natural phenomenon. After being used for some time, coffee-colored patches may appear on the surface of the pot body; these are copper oxides. Those who are sensitive to this may choose carefully!
