The following issues must be redone, with a refund and we will cover the return shipping costs.
1. The printing is completely blurred (please note that some manuscripts have very small and thin characters, which can easily cause blurring. This is something our store is responsible for reminding you about).
2. The dimensions do not match exactly (there is a deviation of within 1 cm in the cutting process; it is not acceptable if the dimensions are inconsistent). For example, a horizontal panel is made into a vertical one, or a height of 30 is changed to 35, etc., which violates the requirements.
3. In large quantities, the bag edges have holes (if only a few, please understand).
Potential issues below
1. Color difference issue: The colors of fabrics from each fabric factory are relatively fixed. Some monitors exhibit a color difference of approximately 10–20%. Therefore, customers who cannot accept color differences should consider carefully making the order.
2. Damaged packaging: If you notice damaged packaging when receiving the bag, there’s no need to worry. The bag may not be completely broken, but it may get dirty or some parts may be lost. You can accept it if there is no dirt or loss. If there is significant wear or loss, please contact us promptly when picking up the goods.
3. Shipping issues: The transit time for some regions may be longer. If the item does not arrive within 7 days, please contact customer service to initiate a tracking process and extend the delivery timeline.
4. Issues with ordering shipping: Often, the goods are already on the way or have been received, but we haven’t ordered them to be shipped.
5. Manufacturing issues: Some seams are not straight, and the edges are asymmetrical, but this does not affect the use of the bag. I hope you can understand. Each worker makes hundreds of bags per day, so it’s inevitable that some imperfections may occur.
