Wholesale Instructions:

1. Regarding inventory allocation and delivery:

Our products are ceramic items. Ceramics are different from clothing. The firing, electroplating, and packaging processes all require time, as does the inventory preparation and quality inspection, as well as packaging. Therefore, shipments will be made within 3–5 business days after receiving the full payment (excluding the day of receipt).

2. Regarding Logistics:

If you have specified a shipping method, please inform the customer service. If no specific shipping method is provided, we will arrange one for you, but we cannot guarantee that the pickup point is close. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, based on the actual shipping fee. Shipping reaches only prefecture-level cities, and can go as far as counties. All shipments are transshipment services, and the pickup points vary in distance, requiring self-pickup. Therefore, the delivery time is approximately 5 - 7 days, depending on the location, and you may consult the customer service for details. We hope everyone understands that any misunderstandings due to third-party shipping issues should not occur.

3. Regarding stock shortages:

Due to our numerous offline wholesalers, inventory levels fluctuate significantly. In case of temporary shortages, if we cannot notify you online, we will definitely note it in the shipping details. After receiving the goods and checking the packing list, the buyer can contact us to get a refund for the price difference, or have it shipped together with the next order. If there is no stock available at that time, it can be used as payment.

4. Regarding Defects:

All of our ceramics are independently designed and produced at our manufacturing facilities. The production process is primarily manual, and the interior and bottom of the vases are not included in the inspection scope. Any minor defects such as small black dots or pinholes in the products sold are within the normal range of international industry standards.

5. Regarding color difference:

All images are taken with real products; color variations are inevitable. Additionally, the manufacturing process of ceramics causes slight differences in color between batches of the same product. If you have very high requirements for color accuracy, please contact our customer service directly. We can take photos using a mobile phone to allow you to compare them. If these still do not meet your expectations, we advise you to consider purchasing carefully.

6. Regarding after-sales issues: Please check the quantity and quality of the item within 24 hours after receiving the goods. If any problems occur, please inform our after-sales customer service immediately.
