Buyer Notes:
1. Important notice for buyers: Since these products are produced in bulk by the factory, some minor defects may occur (dust, roughness, scratches, wear, paint peeling, etc.). Therefore, if you are very sensitive to these issues, it would be best to consider carefully before purchasing. However, before shipping, our store has dedicated inspectors to minimize any defects. Due to the large volume of shipments, even if there are no problems, we are willing to resolve any issues for you. We hope every customer enjoys shopping with us!
2. Returns and exchanges: Our store does not accept any unjustified requests for returns or exchanges, nor do we accept any items that require cash payment upon delivery. If you encounter any issues, please contact customer service immediately. For products with quality problems, please return a total of 20 or more items together for exchange or repair (the shipping cost is covered by us; we do not accept individual returns of one or two items. Due to our small business, the profit is less than the shipping cost. Thank you for understanding.)
3. Shipping issue: Our store mainly deals in wholesale; shipping is not included, and no discounts are given. If the quantity is large, we will arrange shipping via logistics, and our store will deliver it to the shipping department at its own expense. Please understand if this causes you any inconvenience.
4. Retail and remittance issues: This store does not engage in retail sales. Mixed orders are possible when the amount reaches 200 yuan or 20 items or more. For remittances, please contact customer service first.
5. Color variation of products: The products sold by our company are photographed using real items. Due to lighting or display issues on computer screens, some products may have slight color variations, which do not constitute quality problems.
6. Issue regarding image ownership: All images on this store are the result of hard work by our staff. If you wish to use these images, please contact customer service to register your information for record-keeping. We have dedicated personnel who monitor various website platforms. If anyone is found to have misused the images or used them to source products from other merchants, we will pursue legal action. To protect both your interests and ours, please cooperate actively.
