Buyer Instructions

[1]. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. (The prices listed for our products do not include shipping fees)

[2]. Due to the varying regions where buyers are located and the different weights and volumes of each item, it is difficult to establish a uniform standard for shipping fees and postage. Lighting fixtures are fragile and cannot be sent via regular mail; generally, two methods are used: logistics services or express delivery. Express delivery arrives directly at the specified address. In Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, deliveries usually reach within 3 days; outside these areas, it typically takes about 2–4 days (except for certain exceptions). Logistics deliveries usually take between 3 and 10 days, depending on the distance. In some regions, there may not be direct logistics connections, requiring transshipment, which will slightly increase the time. If the buyer chooses express delivery, the prepayment involves paying the postage to our store first, which we then cover. We recommend that customers pay in advance, as payment upon delivery usually includes additional fees and other charges. Since buyers are from different regions, it is challenging to set a uniform charge for express delivery. Therefore, please consult us before placing the order.

[3], If choosing logistics, you can select either prepayment or delivery at destination options; the shipping fees for both are the same. Logistics shipments do not offer door-to-door delivery services. If door-to-door delivery is required, additional freight charges will be applied. The specific costs can be negotiated directly with the logistics company after the item arrives at their service points.
