Shopping Overview

For the sizing industry, unified size standards specify that dimensions are described with an upper and lower range of +/- 2cm, and weight variations shall not exceed 5g.

Regarding colors

Due to lighting conditions during photography, there may be some differences between the image color and the actual product color. Please refer to the actual color of the product received. The colors of our products all meet the standards.

   Regarding shipping

All small batches of goods sold by this store are shipped via express delivery (the recommended express companies include Zhongtong, Yunda, Guotong, and other carriers). When the quantity, volume, and weight of the goods meet certain standards, it is recommended to have them shipped through logistics services to save on shipping costs (recommended logistics companies include Anen Logistics and Deppon Logistics). If necessary, other logistics providers can also be used. The principle behind our shipping method is to minimize the shipping costs for buyers.

  Regarding after-sales service

We will provide comprehensive services, including 15 days of free returns and exchanges!

Return and exchange instructions: For products with quality issues caused by our company, returns will be provided (the return shipping cost is borne by us). For returns and exchanges due to non-quality issues (the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer), if the towel is damaged or stained due to washing or human damage, and this affects secondary sales, no return or exchange will be accepted.
