Order Instructions

1. Products: 1. Some products were shipped directly by the manufacturer without ventilation, so there may be a slight smell of silk fabric or plastic. You can place them in a well-ventilated area for a few days.
2. Silk flowers are made in a semi-mechanical and semi-handcrafted process. The flowers and leaves need to be glued onto a stem. Some products, due to environmental concerns, do not use glue and are inserted directly into the stem. You may encounter cases where the flowers or leaves fall off upon receipt; if this happens,
No need to worry; just insert the flowers and leaves back into the stem directly. This is not a quality issue, and it will have no impact on the product.

2. Color variation: All of our products are photographed using real items, so minor color variations may occur due to lighting or different monitors. In some cases, even products from different batches may have slight color differences in coloring. We will indicate such significant variations in the description. If you require extremely precise color accuracy, please contact our customer service to clarify. This prevents unnecessary issues after purchase. For smaller variations, the actual product shall be used as the reference.
3. Payment Methods: We support Alipay transactions. Your payment will be directly transferred to Alipay, where the third-party platform holds the funds. Only after you receive the goods will you confirm receipt, and then the payment will be made to our account by Alipay.
For those without an Alipay account, you can also send the payment via bank transfer directly. Shipping will begin once the money arrives.
4. Packing: We have years of professional packing experience and will do our best to ensure the goods are neat and safe. However, during shipping, silk flowers may still be squeezed. After receiving the goods, simply unfold them naturally, and the flower branches will gradually return to their original state.
5. After receipt: If you encounter any issues after receiving the item, please contact us within 24 hours. We will respond to your query properly and resolve it. If there are no issues upon receipt, please confirm receipt promptly and give us positive feedback!
