Regarding orders:
Online ordering is supported. Minimum order quantity for supply information is required; orders starting from 300 yuan allow mixed selection of multiple styles and product codes. There are no restrictions on restocking costs. Orders under 500 yuan require a wooden frame fee, which is 15 yuan per frame. For large quantities, pallet pricing is more cost-effective. (A small pallet costs 30 yuan and can hold approximately 6–8 boxes, while a large pallet costs 50 yuan and can hold approximately 8–12 boxes.) We will arrange the shipment according to your order quantity. Using wooden frames and pallets can significantly reduce damage to goods.
Regarding allocation:
Due to the large volume of orders, we need to place orders with the warehouse first, and then arrange delivery and packaging. (Additionally, custom-made wooden frames take about 1–2 days to produce), so we typically deliver within 1–5 days. The products sold are ceramic handicrafts, which are fragile. They differ from clothing or fabric items. Given the high order volume, please do not place urgent orders (we do not accept urgent orders). In case of special circumstances, our customer service will contact you. Meanwhile, we will try our best to improve efficiency internally and reduce processing time, aiming to prepare the goods for you more quickly and ship them out promptly. We hope you can understand this limitation due to practical constraints!
Regarding out of stock:
Due to the large number of orders, with daily shipments reaching hundreds or thousands, after preparing the items according to the orders, if there is any temporary shortage, our dedicated staff will contact you to offer alternatives or refunds. We appreciate your understanding!
Regarding shipping costs for express delivery/logistics:
1. All small retail and sample items shall be shipped via express delivery, with the shipping cost to be borne by the customer. If no specific courier is specified, please consult customer service before placing the order to avoid misunderstandings.
2. The shipping fee is calculated as the base weight plus additional weight. The base fee ranges from 5 to 20 yuan per kilogram. For packages exceeding 1 kilogram, the shipping fee is charged based on the actual weight. After the buyer selects the item and submits the order, our customer service will estimate the shipping cost based on the estimated weight of the selected item. The buyer must pay the shipping fee in advance. If the package is weighed during packing, any excess or shortfall will be refunded or compensated.
3. By default, our company assumes that Alibaba’s partner logistics providers (Deppon Logistics, Yimidi Da Di Logistics, Shentong Logistics, Shenghui Logistics), etc., can track logistics information in real time. Dedicated staff will contact you to determine the actual volume and weight of the goods after packing. We recommend choosing the most convenient, efficient, and cost-effective shipping method. (If a specific logistics or courier is specified, please inform the customer service staff before placing the order.)
Regarding after-sales service:
After you receive the goods, please carefully check the quantities according to the delivery list. If there are no objections 5 days after receipt, the transaction is considered complete. Our company adheres to the principle of covering all damages. If there are any damages, please provide the relevant order number and photos of the damage to our customer service staff. After confirming the quantities and amount, we will directly process the refund for you!
The following situations are not accepted by our company
1. Refunds or returns for subjective dissatisfaction after receiving the product on the grounds of imagination, without any actual quality issues, will not be accepted;
2. Those who have no detailed examination of relevant supply information, descriptions, or other aspects related to the product;
3. Those that compare products from other companies with our own;
4. When shipping, our company will use the address provided by the buyer in the order. If you do not inform the customer service staff about changing the address, the costs incurred due to wrong delivery location shall be borne by the customer.
5. There was no communication with customer service staff due to the urgency to ship goods, and later there were further urgent requests for delivery.
6. Obsessed with small advantages, uses a magnifying glass, cannot tolerate even the slightest flaw, perfectionist.
