Q3: How is the quality of your factory?
A3: We have strict process control systems for raw materials, production processes, and finished product quality. The finished products will be inspected on the production line before packaging.

Q1: Can you provide OEM or ODM services?
A1: Yes, we have a strong development and R&D team to support OEM and ODM services. The products can be manufactured according to your requirements.
Q2: What is your OEM/ODM minimum order quantity?
A2: 1,000 units. Your small order is acceptable for our first collaboration, but the price is a bit high. You know, the price is based on the quantity.
Q3: What are the sample lead time and production lead time?
A3: The inventory samples will be ready in 2–3 days, and the actual samples will be produced 5–7 days after receiving the sample fee. Based on the minimum order quantity, the production lead time is approximately 7–10 days.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: 30% deposit, balance, and a copy of the spot BL or LC. Before you pay the balance, we will show you photos of the products and packaging.
Q5: What is your quality assurance period?
