After-sales terms

The shoes sold by this store offer a high cost-performance ratio and low profit margins; they cannot withstand much stress, soPlease check carefully before placing your order:

Our shoes offer a high cost-performance ratio, and only a very small number of pairs may have quality issues. This is because clothing and footwear are labor-intensive industries—shoes are not manufactured in molds; they are crafted one pair at a time by hand. You can understand this. If any minor problems occur, you can take care of them yourself to minimize the defective rate to under 3%. During stocking, we will check each pair to identify defective items and continuously reduce the defect rate, ensuring better products reach our customers so that our partnership can last long-term. We reject malicious reviews without responsibility. There is no standard definition for quality in shoes and clothing, so even for the same pair of shoes, there are satisfied and dissatisfied customers. For those buyers with extremely strict quality requirements, I suggest not purchasing from us initially and seeking other suppliers instead.

(1) The following categories do not fall under quality issues.

1. The drill decorations on the upper part of the shoe come off or are uneven, the shoe lights do not work, there are needle holes left from assembly, thread ends, surface contact with glue, minor peeling, odor, color variation, small stains, thickness of the material, color variation and pore size of the leather... And imagination—this does not fall under quality issues.

2. Threads left after sewing certain shoes, glue marks left after applying glue on the bottom, minor edges on the injection-molded sole, exposed threads, and slight marks after removing edges

3. The shoe box was damaged, and this issue is mainly caused during transportation.

4. The small pinholes and wire jumps left behind when the shoe upper touches the shoe upper, as well as the needle tip issues

5. Washable stains

 (2) How to return or exchange products with quality issues

 1. If the shoes have serious quality issues, such as extensive peeling, cracks, broken soles, mold, broken upper, detached heels, wrong color, or wrong model, the buyer should contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods to report the problems. For less serious issues, we will repair them. However, for severe problems, customers must send photos for verification within 3 days from the date of receipt. After 3 days, we will not handle such issues. Cheap shoes do not include after-sales warranty costs, and they are considered products without after-sales warranty. Please ensure you take clear photos and send them to us for confirmation. If the product meets the above conditions before being worn, we will offer a refund or replacement. The return shipping costs will be split equally between the buyer and seller. (Note: This is easy to understand. When purchasing from a physical wholesale store, it is impossible to check each item carefully before paying. Even if checked, there is no guarantee that there are no issues. If quality problems are found after returning home, you will have to pay for a replacement. Additionally, our profit margins are very low; the profit on the product is not enough to cover shipping costs. Please understand.)

2. If the defective shoes are returned directly by the customer without our confirmation, we will refuse to sign for the return and are not responsible for any costs incurred. Or, even if the defective shoes are confirmed and verified, if the shipping cost is not confirmed, we will charge an exorbitant shipping fee arbitrarily. We will only pay the corresponding portion of the shipping cost according to our standard for shipped items. For shoes that are approved for return after verification, the shipping fee must be paid in advance, as the cost at delivery is double that of a prepaid payment. Once we receive the defective shoes, we will pay the return shipping fee to the buyer immediately.

(3) The shoes sold are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 (4) Secure Payment Methods

Our store uses a safe payment method for buyers: “Alipay Guaranteed Transaction”, also known as Alipay cash on delivery. We need to set aside funds in advance for the customers, and we also continuously introduce new products and restock items. Therefore, the amount of funds used is quite large. To ensure better capital turnover, we would appreciate it if all buyers could confirm payment promptly after checking that the goods are in good condition upon receipt. Thank you very much for your cooperation; we believe with your support, we can do even better.

If you have any objections to the above items, please raise them before placing your order; otherwise, they will be deemed as agreed terms.
