The inventory in the warehouse is synchronized with physical stores. Please consult customer service before placing an order to confirm if it is in stock; it cannot be guaranteed that it will be shipped on the same day.

The warehouse will ship goods without a break on the weekend.

By default, it is shipped via Yuantong Express. For remote areas, Postal Small Number or EMS can be used. Heavy items can be sent through logistics services. If there are no specific requirements, Debang Logistics is used by default. The shipping fee is paid by the recipient. For other cases, please contact customer service to provide details.

The shipping cost is relatively high when you purchase it, but don’t worry—you can pay directly. Later, you can contact customer service to get a refund or request a price adjustment.

Due to the large daily shipment volume, sometimes individual checks are carried out, which results in some defective bags reaching customers. Regarding the handling methods for damaged or non-compliant bags:

1: Direct refund, no replacement shipment. 2: Return damaged bags worth more than 100 yuan (via regular shipping), and we will arrange a replacement. We will cover the shipping cost. (Shunfeng postpaid payments and self-pickup orders are not accepted) Please be aware of this.
