Regarding shipping:

In stock: After the buyer pays, we will ship within 24 hours (1 day). Generally, orders and payments made before 1 p.m. will have the goods delivered on the same day (except on Sundays). If there is a shortage, we will contact you by phone or WeChat. During shipping, dedicated staff will verify the delivery list and the items, sign the list after confirmation, and then pack the goods and send them out. The supplier allows bulk orders starting from 1 item.

Customization: (1) Payment method: Pay a 30% deposit in advance (the full amount must be paid before shipment)

(2) Regarding the delivery timeline: Customized products require an order and production process. The production period is 10 working days, and the shipping period is 20 working days. Please don’t rush for shipment~~

Shipping and Logistics: The default couriers we use are Yuantong, Yunda, Huitong, etc. If you need other carriers, please contact the online customer service. If the package does not arrive or you need the item urgently, please inform the customer service to arrange delivery via SF Express or postal services. For large items that require logistics shipping, please provide the address of the nearest logistics company and the name of the shipping station to the customer service, so that you can receive the goods at the nearest location in a short time. Please note that neither the courier service nor the logistics service is under our control. Do not use complaints about delivery time or service quality as a basis for evaluating us. Thank you!

Regarding payment, the buyer first selects a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) to pay to Alipay, with Alipay guaranteeing the payment; once the buyer receives the goods and confirms them, Alipay will then transfer the money to the supplier. If the buyer does not receive the goods or the goods do not meet the requirements by the deadline, the buyer can submit a refund request to protect their rights.

Regarding signature for delivery: Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they arrive. If it is signed by family members, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as your own signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If any damage occurs during transportation, please directly verify, claim compensation, or refuse to sign.

About after-sales service: If there are quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us promptly, and we will provide a replacement offer. No action will be taken after the deadline. If there are no quality concerns, no exchange or return is allowed. Reasons such as personal preference, significant differences from the image, dissatisfaction, or not meeting expectations are subjective factors, and the purchased product cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if the product has objective quality issues such as rust or paint peeling, a return or exchange will be provided.

Regarding feedback: Your sincere reviews are our unremitting motivation to move forward. If you are satisfied with the product and feel happy, please give us positive reviews. Should any issues arise, please contact us promptly.
