1. Shipping Instructions
Due to the varying sizes and weights of the products, the shipping cost may be high or low. Please don’t be worried about the shipping fee! After placing the order, do not pay immediately. The customer service will adjust the shipping cost based on your product weight and location. We default to shipping via express delivery; large items can also be shipped via logistics. The goods will not be delivered in person—you need to pick them up at the warehouse. If you choose logistics shipping, please contact customer service after placing the order to modify the shipping cost, and then make the payment! The default packaging for logistics is a woven bag. If you have any special requirements, please contact customer service and indicate them in the order message. Thank you!
2. Regarding proxy distribution
Our company is located in Gaomi, Shandong, backed by the toy industry zone. We have direct supply sources, stable inventory, and high-quality products. All our items support one-order-shop delivery; for those engaging in this service, please inform the customer service. The shippers will not retain any information about our store.
3. Regarding shipping
Due to the variety of products and the high daily shipments from the warehouse, inventory availability takes some time; the inventory listed online is not the actual inventory. For the actual inventory, please contact customer service after placing your order for confirmation. Before shipment, staff will conduct quality checks to ensure that the items you receive are complete! Additionally, if any quality issues occur with the items, we will unconditionally offer a refund or replacement. You can purchase with confidence!!!
4. Regarding Delivery
When signing for the package, please first inspect the goods to ensure the outer packaging is intact. If there are any damages, you must open it in person before the delivery person arrives. If there are any damages or wear and tear, please refuse to sign for it in person and contact us (otherwise, the courier company will not be responsible for compensation!).
