This product is custom-made and cannot be resold. Once sold, the company will not accept any form of returns or exchanges, except in cases of quality issues. To reduce misunderstandings and protect both parties' rights, we provide the following explanations for possible scenarios.

1. Regarding the content: Any printing errors caused by incorrect content provided by the buyer or due to insufficient verification of the manuscript during confirmation, shall be borne by the buyer. We shall not assume any responsibility.

2. Custom instructions: The |ogo and text for the Spring Festival couplets are provided by the buyer. After our company types them out, we send them back for the buyer’s confirmation. Once approved, we will immediately publish and print them.

3. Regarding color variance: Due to differences in monitor resolution, printing machines, and inks used, there may be color differences between the actual product and the design renderings. If you have high requirements for colors, it is recommended to send samples or conduct a pre-production mockup to confirm the colors.

4. Regarding quantity: Due to the unique nature of custom printed products (which may experience losses during production), there will be an error of ±3% between the final product quantity shipped and the ordered quantity. If excessive losses occur during production, we will refund the corresponding difference from the unit price.

5. Regarding taxes and fees: Our quotes are based on the ex-factory price. If you require a VAT special invoice, please inform us in advance before placing the order.

5. Delivery note: Occasionally, logistics companies may lose items during transportation. Please check the goods carefully before receiving them (ensure the outer packaging is intact and the quantity is correct) before signing for delivery. If any items are missing, refuse to sign for delivery and indicate the missing goods on the package label.
