A gentle reminder: Alibaba has several dozen stores. The quality is very poor, and many people who bought products have been deceived and are coming to complain. Here’s some advice for you—the main image is a photo of a storefront, belonging to a daily goods factory.

Before purchasing, carefully review the product specifications, images, actual dimensions, packaging, and more.

2 All products from our company meet quality standards and have undergone multiple inspections. However, minor damage during transportation is inevitable. If such a situation occurs, please take photos to prove it, and we will naturally return the items to the buyer at the original price.

3 Because we trust the quality of our products, our company does not accept mediocre reviews. Buyers who want mediocre reviews are advised to find another source.

4. If the buyer is new to dealing with couplets and this product, it is essential to first understand its details, including the price, how the product looks in real life, how it is sold, what products are needed on your side, and the selling price. You can also consult us. Generally, those who are doing this for the first time do not know much about couplets, which often leads to many issues. As for those who have been involved before, I won’t say much—you all know (based on years of experience; we’re just tired of beginners causing problems and issuing negative reviews).

5 When you receive the goods, you might find it quite chaotic. Don’t worry about it—since there are too many varieties you ordered, it’s just a matter of spending a few minutes sorting them out one by one. Soon, everything will become clear, and this is what we have experienced.

6. Since it is a product with strong seasonality, we do not support returns or exchanges. If you are worried about the quality or don’t like the item upon receipt (this reason is really childish—one person not liking it does not mean everyone does, nor does it affect sales. I have seen this argument many times; it is usually caused by college girls who first try to make a fuss. They say, “It doesn’t matter if I sell or not when I have time.” They buy impulsively, but after receiving the item a few days later, they lose interest and claim the quality is poor or they don’t like it. This really exhausts us.) If you are concerned about the quality, you can order a sample first. The sample price is 5–10 times the regular price, and the sample fee can be refunded or exchanged after ordering.

The price each year becomes more expensive as the year progresses towards the end, and stock is also limited. Therefore, placing an order early is definitely a good idea.

If there are after-sales issues, please try to contact us in the morning; we will have some free time then.

Transport Method

In Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, generally, 1 kilogram of goods costs 1 yuan, and it arrives in 1–2 days.

In other areas, generally we handle logistics. Of course, if the buyer requests shipping via express delivery, we will do so too. However, the express delivery fees are very expensive—even more than the goods themselves. The logistics in Yiwu is highly developed, and items can basically reach anywhere in the country.

The 3 logistics fees are also calculated by region. Generally, a box of large goods costs around 20–30 yuan in local areas. If transit is required, an additional 10 yuan for transit fees applies. You need to pick up the goods yourself at the county or city office, and the logistics company will call to notify you.

4 Arrival Time: Generally, direct flights arrive in 1–3 days; transfers usually take an additional 2 days. This is the typical situation. However, in remote areas, it may take over a week, but generally does not exceed two weeks—excluding special circumstances.

5 Regarding inspection: Generally, within 10 days after shipment, it is best not to request an inspection. If there is an urgent need, you can obtain our inquiry phone number. Try to avoid requesting an inspection, as we rely on this few days throughout the year for business. Inspections take a lot of time.

6 Ways to Check Inventory: Ask us for the shipping invoice number and phone number. After getting through the call, inform the other party that you are checking the inventory and tell them where the goods are being sent from Yiwu (the final destination) and the shipping invoice number. Maybe they will suggest another phone number to call; you just need to write it down and continue calling. Sometimes, you may need to make 4–5 calls to check the inventory because of transit.

Payment Methods

1 Either use Alipay payment or have the bank make the transfer directly. Don’t think that bank transfers are unsafe; in fact, they are very safe, just like Alipay.

Well, if we receive the payment but do not ship the goods, you can file a complaint with Alibaba. After Alibaba verifies the facts, we will shut down the website. Our website is definitely worth the payment you made, so please rest assured and make the payment directly.

The cash-on-delivery method is generally not supported by us, as it is too cumbersome and not safe for you. The process is as follows: we ship the goods, and after delivery, the shipping department notifies you that the items have arrived. You then need to pay us. Once the payment is received, we inform the shipping department to release the goods. This procedure is also not beneficial for you. Try to avoid this method. If you absolutely need it, please pay a 30% deposit first.

This product is for seasonal sales, and timing can affect sales, which is why we do not support returns or exchanges. Variations in listings are normal; if a few products are out of stock, we will not notify you. When items are unavailable, we will refund the payment upon receipt of the goods. The characteristics of the product and photos of the actual items are described in the description; please review carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us to avoid any unnecessary issues after receiving the goods.

Please conduct a thorough inspection after receiving the goods. Many people count the items once, but actually fail to count correctly, so they come to us claiming there is a shortage. This increases our workload. We have counted the goods multiple times before shipping, and there is generally no shortage. Please rest assured on this matter. If you notice any damage to the packaging when picking up the goods or receiving it by courier, please clarify the details in front of the logistics company staff before signing for the delivery. It is recommended that customers using logistics services weigh the goods when picking them up and taking them home.
