What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 200 sets per design/color, which is ideal for testing market response. Standard order: 500 sets. Pricing can be provided at bulk quantities of over 2000 sets.
Can you provide custom design and private labels?
Absolutely. We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services, including custom printing, embroidery, packaging design, labels, and wash tags. Our in-house design team can also create unique patterns from our over 500 design libraries.
What is the delivery time?
Sample: 5–7 working days. Standard orders: 25–30 days. Urgent orders: 15–20 days (depending on supply conditions). We guarantee the delivery date in the contract.
Do you support Amazon FBA inventory?
Yes. We provide complete Amazon FBA preparation, including FNSKU labels, plastic bags, carton labels, and direct shipping to Amazon’s logistics center. We also offer shipping on your behalf.
How to ensure quality consistency?
Each order adheres to the AQL 2.5 inspection standard. AI is utilized for quality inspection on the production line. Every batch of products undergoes testing by third-party SGS/Intertek. Real-time production tracking dashboards are provided for bulk partner clients.
