Shipping Instructions

1. Sample policy: All products allow free sample requests. A refund of the corresponding sample cost will be provided for orders exceeding 1,500 yuan.
2. Mixed submission rules: Support for mixed submissions, but it is difficult to package them effectively. The following rules are specifically established.
The total amount for mixed submissions must reach 500 yuan, and a packaging fee of 15 yuan must be paid;
When the total mixed submission amount is greater than or equal to 1000 yuan, the packaging fee can be reduced;
3. Regarding logistics: The preferred method is the logistics provided by the customer. If no specific logistics is specified, Yunda, Baishi, Debon and other brand logistics will be used by default. If you believe the shipping cost is too high, using regular logistics may be cheaper, but there is no guarantee for delivery time, and items are more prone to damage. In remote areas, wooden crates must be used compulsorily—one crate per wooden crate, at 20 yuan per crate. Any damage caused due to refusal to use wooden crates shall be borne by the sender.
4. Regarding shipping costs: the quotation does not include shipping or taxes. When placing an order, if you choose standard logistics, the shipping cost is typically paid by the recipient. If you opt for express delivery or branded logistics, the shipping cost will be included, as a prepaid fee will be added due to the additional processing fees.
5. After-sales issues: In case of product quality problems or damage, photos should be sent to the after-sales customer service within 12 hours of delivery. Replacement shipments are typically provided in a unified order, but if urgency is required, an immediate replacement can be requested. Note: If no response is given after 12 hours of delivery, it is considered acceptance, and we hope all managers will understand and cooperate.
