Complete annealing: Heat at 390～430°C; depending on the material

Rapid annealing: Heat at 350–370°C; the heat retention time varies depending on the effective thickness of the material, ranging from 30 to 120 minutes; cool by air or water. 3) Quenching and aging: Quench at 500–510°C, then cool by air;
Artificial aging95～105℃, 3 hours, air cooling;
