Long-press the MODE key below where "EMI" is displayed when the device is powered on. The 0.9.5 value will flash. Press the left or right button to adjust the value, then press the MODE key again to save the settings and exit the setup mode. (Most organic materials and paints or oxidized materials have an emissivity of 0.9.5 (the default emissivity for this device is 0.9). Adjust the emissivity value if necessary.)
