【Regarding Returns and Exchanges】
1. For goods worth less than 300 yuan, please count the quantity in person with the shipping company staff upon receipt. If any items are missing, the shipping company staff must sign to confirm it. We will contact the shipping company to compensate you, along with the amount for the missing items.
2. For goods worth more than 300 yuan, please inform us of the missing quantity within 24 hours after receipt. We will assist you in verifying the quantity and do our best to resolve the issue. If you fail to count or do not notify us of the missing quantity promptly, it will be considered that the quantity is correct. Additionally, due to the high daily shipment volume, each item may run out at any time. In case of insufficient inventory leading to short shipments, we will refund you or deliver it together with the next order, but no additional replacement will be provided.
【Damage]: The responsibility for damage caused due to transportation will not be borne by our company. (It is recommended to choose logistics providers with insurance such as DePang, Jiaji, or Tiandi Huayu.) However, we are obligated to do our best to assist customers in resolving this issue. We will use well-padded boxes, additional cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to prevent damage. Please (or the person receiving the goods on your behalf) carefully check the quantity and appearance of the items together with the courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the items are damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.
Problem
1. Solution for the issue where the courier refuses to open the package together for inspection: After signing for the delivery note, keep it safe. Return it to the courier only after completing the inspection.
2. Solution for the issue where the delivery person refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity: Just note down his phone number and name.
Please read the above content carefully, as it is very important to you. If you are unable to carry out the aforementioned actions, we will be very sorry for any issues that arise, but we are powerless to help.
【Regarding exchanges】: Conditions for returns and exchanges—If the product has quality issues that cause it to lack its intended functions, we will provide a refund or exchange. Please ensure you return 3–5 kilograms or 100 RMB. Send via regular post or standard shipping; we do not accept cash on delivery or services from brands such as Deppon, Jiji, or Tiandi Huayu. Include a return list with the reason for the return in the package. (Most issues can be repaired with simple self-service operations.) For other reasons such as poor sales performance or not meeting expectations, we generally do not offer returns. If you indeed need a return, it must be done in intact product and packaging, with discounts based on time: freight cost is your responsibility within 24 hours, 80% off within 7 days, and 70% off for any return after 7 days.
【Regarding Product Quality】: All products are subject to multiple inspections during production, after delivery, and before shipment. Only those that pass all checks will be shipped. However, various uncertainties may lead to loss of product functionality. Our company can only guarantee a 98% quality rate; 2% falls under the exemption scope.
【Images and Physical Products】: Over 90% of the product images are selfies, which better reflect the actual product. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting quality, there may be slight differences between the images and the physical products. Due to market changes, the factory may adjust the color of the products and packaging, as well as the packaging method. Please refer to the actual items. Most other best-selling products also use images from the official website, so there will definitely be some details or color variations. Those with strict requirements can contact our customer service for a video of the physical product.
【Additional Notes】: What we offer is not high-end products, crafts, art, or electronics—just ordinary small items. Perfectionists or those with strict product requirements, please switch your mindset and take a different approach.
【Regarding Shipping】The shipping is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. The shipping time we provide to you is for reference only and does not form part of the contract, nor can it be used as a reason for return.
Please read the above terms carefully by the buyer, which become effective from the time of order placement. If you have any objections, please confirm with our staff before placing another order.
