1. The merchandise figurines and toys may inevitably have minor defects, scratches, or uneven oil stains. The plastic material may also emit a slight odor. 2. Plush toys and collectibles are produced by domestic manufacturers. The surface may not be perfect; there are usually minor defects such as uneven coloring, slight black spots, minor color fading, air holes and bubbles, and minor scratches or rough edges at the connections. These are normal phenomena! However, the overall craftsmanship is still very good! The above issues do not constitute defective products. Those who have high expectations or seek perfection should be cautious—ordering them means agreeing to the condition. No returns or refunds will be accepted on this basis. Thank you!

3. This product does not allow seven-day no-reason returns or exchanges. Minor damage such as scratches or paint loss during shipping is normal. We will check all items for quality issues before shipment. If, during transportation, the accessories fall off due to pressure, please glue them back together yourself. These are not quality issues, and returns or refunds cannot be requested on this basis. We accept a new order; once the order is placed, it is an implicit agreement!
