About the delivery

Our default yunda express, bulk delivery logistics. The goods will be delivered on time at 4pm every day, and the goods will be delivered the next day after that. If you have any special requirements, please contact the customer service immediately to negotiate and solve them. Please sign for the goods in front of the Courier when receiving the goods. If there is any leakage, please contact us to solve it.

About the color difference

Product pictures are 100% in-kind shot by professional photographers, and professional designers have corrected the color of product pictures according to the products, but due to the differences in the display, there may be more or less chromatic aberration. We try to get as close as possible to the actual color of the baby when we process the image. But some color differences are hard to avoid. Hope dear friends understand!

About the size

The goods are measured manually according to the detailed measurement method of the baby to avoid a little error. Please make a careful comparison and purchase with reference to the size drawing. The size problem shall not be regarded as the standard of return and exchange. If in doubt, please consult customer service.

About return and exchange

Return condition: the outer packing is complete, and does not affect the second sale. Goods cannot be returned once unsealed and unrecoverable. If the transaction has been completed, please apply for refund within 7 days after the transaction.

No return or replacement special instructions: no quality problem and the outer packing has been dismantled and can not be recovered, affecting the secondary sales. The pictures and information of the products are for reference only. Due to the shooting lighting and different display color difference and other problems may cause the product picture and the real thing have a slight color difference.

Return and exchange fee: we refuse to sign for any kind of express delivery, thank you! If it is the buyer reason return, by the buyer to bear the cost of return. If the goods are returned due to quality problems or inconsistent descriptions, the return charge shall be borne by the store.
