2. Before normal use, a static load test should be carried out with rated load of 125%, rising from the ground about 100mm, and 10 minutes to check if it is normal.

3. The dynamic load test is based on rated load weight, repeated rise and fall and left-right movement test. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connection part are normal and reliable.

4. In use, it is absolutely prohibited to use in an unallowable environment, in case of over-rated load and rated closing times per hour (120 times).

5. During installation, debugging and maintenance, the limit device must be strictly checked for flexibility and reliability. When the hook is raised to the upper limit position, the distance from the hook housing to the drum housing must be greater than 50mm(10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook falls to the lower limit position, the steel wire rope safety ring on the reel should be guaranteed, and the effective safety ring must be more than 2 turns.

6. It is not allowed to press two hand door buttons which make the electric hoist move in opposite direction at the same time.

7. When the work is completed, the general switch of power supply must be opened to cut off the power supply.

8. Electric hoist should be operated by a special person, and the operator should fully grasp the safety operation procedures, and it is strictly prohibited to pull the sling at the wrong side.

9. It is necessary for specialized personnel to inspect the electric hoist on a regular basis, take measures in time when faults are found, and record them carefully.

10. When adjusting the brake sliding amount of electric hoist, it shall ensure that the brake sliding amount S is no more than V/100 under the rated load (V is the stable lifting distance within one minute under the load).

11. Scrapping standard of wire rope: inspection and scrapping standard of wire rope shall be implemented in accordance with CB/ t5972-1986 practical code for testing and scrapping of steel wire rope for lifting machinery.

12. The electric hoist should be kept with sufficient lubricating oil and keep the lubricating oil clean and free of impurities and dirt.

13. The steel wire rope should be oiled with a hard brush or small pieces of wood. It is forbidden to oil the steel wire rope while working directly by hand.

14. When the electric hoist is not working, the weight shall not be suspended in the air to prevent permanent deformation of the parts.

15. If fault is found during operation, the main power supply should be cut off immediately.

16. Special attention should be paid to the wearing parts in use.

17.10~20 tons of gourd may have automatic power cut after continuous operation for a long time, which belongs to the overheating protection function of the motor. At this time, it can be reduced. After a period of time, the motor can continue to work after cooling down.
