Before the use of electric hoist, simple safety inspection is very necessary to avoid abnormal problems of some parts, and risk prevention work should be done in advance.
1. The control direction of the button of the operating handle and the brake and limit device are sensitive and accurate.
2. The wire rope has no defect, is well lubricated and well arranged.
3. There is no abnormal sound when the motor and reducer rotate.
4. There are no obstacles in the track and personnel walking area of electric hoist.

Matters needing attention for electric hoist installation
Electric hoist installation is a very important work, not only to prepare for the installation, but also to notice the specific installation of matters needing attention.
A. In order to ensure that the electric hoist does not derail or prevent collision from damaging the body when running to both ends of the track, an elastic buffer shall be installed at both ends of the track.
B. when installing electric hoist, check whether the plug used for fixing wire rope is loose.
C. Ground wire shall be installed on the track or the frame connected thereto. The ground wire may be the metal wire of no less than 25mm2, no less than the bare copper wire of no less than 4mm and no less than 5mm.
D all electric circuit, electrical device, control circuit of resistance should not be less than 10000 Ω per v working voltage.
Complete inspection after installation of electric hoist
After the installation of electric hoist, a comprehensive safety inspection is required. From the perspective of safety, it is very necessary:

2. Whether the electrical circuit connection is correct and reliable.

6. When selecting the power supply cable, the power supply voltage at the inlet end of the hoist motor must not be lower than the rated voltage.
