If the surface of 1 m 2 is soft soil, then the excavation depth should be deepened; At the same time, make sure that there are no other facilities below the excavation location (such as cables, pipes, etc.), there is no sunshade object on the top of the street lamp for a long time, otherwise the position should be changed properly.

The 1 m 3 pit meeting the standard shall be reserved (excavated) at the position of standing lamps; Positioning and pouring of embedded parts shall be carried out. The embedded parts are placed in the middle of the square pit. One end of PVC conduit is placed in the middle of the embedded parts and the other end is placed in the storage place of the battery (as shown in the figure above). Pay attention to keeping embedded parts, foundation and original ground on same horizontal level (or screw top and original ground on same horizontal level, depending on the needs of the site), one side should be parallel with the road; in this way, it can be ensured that the lamp post is upright without deflection. Then, the C20 concrete is poured and fixed. During the pouring process, the vibrator vibration shall not be stopped to ensure the overall compactness and firmness.

After the construction is completed, clean up the residual mud on the positioning board in time, and clean the impurities on the bolts with waste oil.

During the solidification process of concrete, regular watering and maintenance are required; Only when the concrete is completely solidified (generally more than 72 hours) can the chandelier be installed.

Battery assembly installation

1. The output positive and negative poles of the solar panel must take measures to avoid shorting before connecting to the controller;

⒉ solar cell assembly should be firm and reliable when connecting with the bracket;

The output cable of the components should be avoided from being exposed, and they should be fastened with ties;

The orientation of the battery assembly should be facing the right South, subject to the direction of the compass.

Storage battery installation

1. When the battery is placed in the control box, it must be handled gently to prevent the control box from being damaged;

The connecting line between the batteries must be pressed on the terminals of the batteries with bolts and copper gasket should be used to enhance the conductivity;

⒊ output cable after connecting to the battery, short circuit is prohibited under any circumstances to avoid damage to the battery;

The output cable of the battery must pass the PVC conduit when it is connected with the controller in the telegraph pole;

After the above is completed, check the wiring of the controller to prevent short circuit. Close the door of the control box after normal.

Lamp installation

1. Fix the components of each part: Sun Shield is fixed on the sun shield bracket, the lamp holder is fixed on the pick arm, then fix the bracket and pick arm to main rod, and lead the connecting line to the control box (battery box).

Before lifting the lamp pole, check whether the fasteners in each part are firm, whether the lamp holder is installed correctly, and whether the light source works normally. Then, whether the system works normally in the simple debugging system; Release the sun shield connecting line on the controller and the light source works.

When lifting the main light pole, pay attention to safety precautions; The screws are absolutely fastened well. If the Sunrise angle of the components is deviated, you need to adjust the Sunrise direction to the right South.

⒋ put the battery into battery box, connect the connecting line to the controller according to the technical requirements; Connect the battery first, then the load, and then connect sun shield; during wiring operation, be sure to pay attention to the connection between each wiring and the terminal marked on the controller. The positive and negative polarity cannot collide and cannot be connected in reverse. Otherwise, the controller will be damaged.

⒌ debug whether the system works normally; Loosen the sun shield connecting line on the controller and the light is on; Connect the sun shield connecting line and the light is off; At the same time, carefully observe the changes of each indicator light on the controller; Everything is normal before the control box can be sealed.

Precautions

If you install lamps on the ground by yourself, the precautions are as follows:

1. Solar street lamp uses solar radiation as energy source, and whether the sunlight shining on the photovoltaic cell module is abundant or not directly affects the lighting effect of the lamp. Therefore, when selecting the installation position of the lamp, the solar cell module can shine sunlight at any time and has no shelter such as leaves.

When threading, be sure to pay attention to the wire not to be clamped at the connection of the light pole. The connection of the wire should be firmly connected and wrapped with PVC tape.

Please clean the dust on the battery assembly every six months to ensure its beauty and better reception of solar radiation, but do not wash it with water from the bottom up.
