Production process

1. The customer needs to confirm the size and specification of the bag (high * width + side), the color and weight of the non-woven fabric, the printing method (printing several colors, single side or double side printing) and other special printing (heat transfer printing is calculated on a square basis).

2. Make screen printing manuscripts, preferably in AI, CDR format, JPG large pixel can also. If there is no file, you can provide the content to us, we can design for you for free.

3. Generally, the weight of the non-woven booker for making bags is 70g and 80g. Please inform us if you need more than 80g fabric, we will customize according to your requirements.

4. The color of the fabric can be referred to the color card. The general color is available in stock. If you need special features, please send the color card to our factory.

5. We will provide sample making service, and we will make mass goods after confirming the sample (we will make sample for you for free). Customers can ask the factory for the color card sample as a reference.

6. The silk-screen printing time generally takes 2-3 days. Heat transfer proofing usually takes about 5-7 days.
