Usage Method:
1. Before use, first set up the support (support angle can be adjusted).
2. Turn on the power and insert the glue stick into the rear of the glue gun.
3. Press the finger several times until the glue stick is fixed in the glue gun nozzle.
4. Wait for the glue gun to heat up for about 5 minutes before using it.
5. Hold the trigger until the adhesive flows from the nozzle.

6. During use, try not to lift the glue gun too high, and the nozzle should not be pointed upwards to prevent the glue from flowing backwards.

7. If the glue gun is not used for 15 consecutive minutes, please turn off the power to prevent the glue from melting backward and causing the glue gun to be damaged.
8. After use, turn off the power, no need to clean the nozzle, and no need to remove the adhesive tape.

 

It is recommended that the diameter of the hot melt adhesive tape be 7.0～7.5 mm. If other sizes of tape are used, it may cause reflux or block the glue gun. Avoid using long-storage hot melt adhesive tape. The polyamide tape has strong moisture absorption, and attention should be paid to seal the storage. When the hot melt adhesive gun is working, the melting adhesive and nozzle temperature can reach over 100 degrees, which is very hot. Do not let the human body touch directly. Due to the reason of adhesive expansion under heat, after a period of time after the work is stopped, there is still a small amount of adhesive leaking from the nozzle, which is a normal phenomenon.

1. Do not inject liquid or paste-like adhesives into the gun, as there may be a risk of combustion.
2. Hot glue may splatter on the skin. If this happens, please first wash the skin with cold water for a few minutes, and then slowly remove the hot glue.
3. Please do not touch the gun tip or melted adhesive without protection.

4. It is necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the gun tail slider frequently to ensure that the seal can be smoothly inserted into the barrel.

5. When the glue gun is not in use, it should be placed in a place with good ventilation and dryness. It is prohibited to place it in a place with moisture or water, and it is prohibited to place it in a place where children or children can reach.
6. This tool must be placed on its stand when not in use.
