1. The material of plastic bottles is usually PP, PE, K-material, AS, ABS, acrylic, PET, etc.
2. Cosmetic containers with thicker walls, such as cream bottles, caps, stoppers, liners, pump heads, dust covers, are usually injection molded. PET blow-molded bottles are two-step molding, and the tube is injection molded, with the finished product packaging being blow molding. Other containers with thinner walls, such as milk bottles and washing bottles, are blow molded.
3. PET material is an eco-friendly material with high barrier properties, light weight, non-fragility, excellent chemical resistance, and extremely high transparency. It can be made into luster, colored, matte white, and transparent, and is widely used in the application of gel water. The mouth of the bottle is usually standard 16#, 18#, 22#, or 24# diameter, which can be paired with a pump head for use.
4. Acrylic material is used for injection molded bottles, which have poor resistance to chemicals. Generally, they cannot be directly used to hold paste, and an inner liner is required to prevent the paste from entering between the acrylic bottle and the inner liner, to prevent cracking. The packaging requirements during transportation are high, as any scratches are particularly obvious. The transparency is high, and the appearance of the wall is particularly thick, but the price is quite expensive.
5. AS and ABS: AS has better transparency and better toughness than ABS.
