1. Purpose:

II. Usage Method:
1. The hand-press type plastic bag sealing machine does not require a power switch (automatic control). Insert the AC power cord into the socket, adjust the heating time according to the thickness of the material to be sealed. Place the plastic bag on the sealing surface, then press the handle, and the circuit will automatically control the heating time. When the indicator light goes out, the power will be automatically turned off. After about 1-2 seconds, release the handle, and the sealing will be completed.
2. If the sealing junction breaks during sealing, it is because the heating time is too long. Please rotate the knob counterclockwise to shorten the heating time.
3. If the sealing is not firm, it is because the heating time is too short. Please rotate the knob clockwise to extend the heating time.
4. If the plastic bag adheres to the rubber press plate, it indicates that the cooling time is insufficient. It is necessary to extend the cooling time after the indicator light goes out. Please hold the handle for a little longer.
5. After the heating time is set, it should be maintained unchanged during use. No further adjustments are necessary when using it continuously.
6. The hand-press type plastic bag sealing machine can always plug the AC power cord into the power socket, and it does not consume electricity when not sealing.
III. Attention:
1. The sealing surface should always be kept clean to avoid the oxidation of residual materials, which may reduce the life of the electrical heating belt and heat-resistant cloth.
2. Do not use a wet cloth to wipe the sealing surface.
3. If the insulation pad underneath the electric heating belt is damaged, it can cause a short circuit and damage the electric heating belt. Therefore, when replacing the electric heating belt, it is necessary to check the condition of the insulation pad. If there is any damage, a new one should be replaced.
4. When replacing the electric heating belt, it should be selected with the same specifications as the original one.
5. After prolonged use, please check the rubber gasket. If the rubber gasket is damaged, it will affect the quality of the sealing.
