Pump for diesel, when used for the first time, you should put a little oil in the pump head liquid – increase suction, in and out of the tubing connection press the arrow shown below.  

Inlet pipe and fittings to ensure the suction lift must not leak. Second cleaning must be installed in order to guarantee the oil the company supporting the bottom valve with filter.
