Overview
This machine (JC-16C-2 heat transfer machine) is mainly used for heat transfer labels, which can transfer colored patterns and text of sublimation and solvent inks to cotton, linen, flannel, and other fluffy materials through heat transfer. It can also be processed with wool planting heat transfer and foam printing technology, which is economical and practical, convenient.

Operation
① Plug in the power, turn on the main power switch, and the power indicator light will turn on immediately; (Note: The entire machine must have a suitable and secure grounding line)
Step 2: Adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature (usually between 120°C and 200°C);
Adjust the timer to the desired time (usually about 5 to 20 seconds);
④ Place the printing material flat on the lower heating plate, and then stack the heat transfer paper (note the front and back sides of the heat transfer paper), and press down the handle with force until the end (note: do not exceed 30 kg of force, otherwise it may cause the handle to deform.)
⑤ When the timer for hot stamping is up, the buzzer will sound, and the handle should be lifted back to the original position.
If the hot transfer paper is cold-peeled, please evenly wipe it with a blackboard eraser, wait for 5-20 seconds, and then tear off the hot transfer paper. If the hot transfer paper is hot-peeled, please immediately tear off the hot transfer paper after the hot transfer is completed. Successful hot transfer requires the cooperation of correct time, temperature, and pressure. The thickness of the clothing, the material, and the type of hot transfer paper all affect the effect of hot transfer. (All kinds of hot transfer paper need to be tested and approved before mass production.)
Maintenance
1. When the heat transfer is complete and when you feel difficulty in lifting the handle up, you can adjust the pressure by tightening the screw upwards. If the pressure is insufficient or too great, you can adjust the pressure nut at the back of the machine by turning it in the (+) direction to add pressure, or in the (-) direction to reduce pressure.
2. Time: When the heat transfer time is up and the buzzer keeps ringing, or if the buzzer keeps ringing continuously, it is necessary to check whether the micro-switch contact points in the rear of the machine are at an appropriate distance. If the distance is not appropriate, it is necessary to adjust to the appropriate position.
3. Temperature: When the set temperature is reached, the thermostat will achieve automatic constant temperature (approximately 15 minutes to 180°C), if the heating plate does not heat up after a few minutes of power-on, please check the circuit.
4. When the handle is pressed down, release your hand and the handle will automatically rise back up. Please adjust the adjusting screw upward.
