About quality issues and returns and exchanges
1.Within 15 days after receipt (subject to the date of signature on the shipping document), if you discover any quality issues with the product, please contact the after-sales customer service in time. 3.Customers' specific requests for product colors or styles will be met to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. If the color or style does not match the customer's expectations, we will not offer exchanges or returns.
4.For damaged goods in transportation, we consider it very troublesome for customers to directly seek compensation from the logistics company, so our company will assume full responsibility, but this must be raised within 3 days after receipt and registered in the after-sales service form within 3 days. If no claim is made for damage in transportation within 3 days after receipt, it will be deemed that the goods are received in good condition.
5.For the situation where non-company-sold goods are sent to our company, we reserve the right to not process all returns and exchanges for this time and the cost of shipping will be borne by the customer. The goods will be directly returned to the customer.
6.The following conditions do not allow returns or exchanges:
