I. Quality Issues: The store promises that all goods are genuine brand products. We will conduct strict inspections before shipping. If there are any quality issues, we will not send them out. However, the goods involve three parties: sender, receiver, and courier, and there may be unexpected incidents during the delivery process. Therefore, when you receive the goods, please carefully check them with the courier present. Only after confirming that the packaging is intact, the goods are undamaged, and the quantity is complete should you sign for them. Once you sign, it represents your acceptance. However, if there is any quality problem with the product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange for you in time and bear the return freight costs. If the return or exchange is due to the buyer's personal preferences or choices, as long as it does not affect the resale, we can also provide unconditional returns or exchanges, but the buyer must bear the return freight costs themselves.
2. Evaluation: We value your honest feedback. If you are satisfied and are willing to give us encouraging positive reviews, we are deeply grateful. If you have any dissatisfaction, please communicate with us first. We believe that any reasonable issues can be resolved quickly. Giving a mid-to-negative rating rashly will not solve any problems. We are willing to accept honest criticism. Our work will certainly have various mistakes, and we are also willing to take responsibility for this. III. Spot Supply Issues: Due to the rapid flow of goods, rapid changes in data, and other uncertain factors, there may be temporary stockouts. Therefore, please contact our store before placing an order to inquire about the availability of stock. For stockouts that occur after direct payment, we will promptly contact you to negotiate the postponement of shipping or refund issues.
Section Four: Color Difference: Our store will reference some promotional images from the official sources and also provide our own real-life photos. However, due to issues such as lighting, photography skills, and environmental factors, there may be a certain color difference between the images and the actual items in a specific environment. Please note that all goods should be judged by the actual items. This issue does not constitute a quality problem, and we appreciate your understanding.
V. Express Delivery: Due to the long transportation time, we do not offer regular mail. If express delivery cannot reach your location, please choose EMS, with a shipping fee of 20 yuan. For local express delivery, it costs 6 yuan, and for other cities, it costs 10 yuan (except for Yunnan, Hainan, Tibet, Inner Mongolia, and Hong Kong, etc.). Generally, we default to using ZTO or YTO Express, with a delivery time of about 3 days (except for remote areas). If you need to receive the parcel urgently, please use SF or Federal Express, and please choose EMS for the shipping fee and leave us a message. If you have not received the parcel after the expected arrival time, please contact us in time, and we will help you check and urge the express company to send the parcel to you as soon as possible.
