Cup after-sales service:
1. With color box packaging (without foam box), if there are more than three damaged items, we will compensate for half of the loss due to damage. If a customer cannot accept even one or two damaged items, please look elsewhere.
2. Safety packaging with a color box and foam, if the packaging is damaged, please provide images to our customer service, and we will make full compensation for the amount of damage.
3. Shipping without any packaging, the goods are shipped in the original packaging, and no wooden crates can be made. If any damage is caused during transportation, we will not make any compensation.
4. After receiving the goods, if you feel that the cup has defects that you cannot accept, we will accept your return request. However, please bear the return shipping costs by yourself. The profit margin of the cups is very thin, and we cannot bear the shipping costs for returns if you are not satisfied. Once the cup is returned, we will not send it again. The return process will be handled by directly transferring the money to your Alipay account.

If any of the above conditions are unacceptable, please consider carefully before making a purchase. Once an order is placed, it indicates that you have agreed to the above terms. The cups themselves cannot be guaranteed to be flawlessly perfect. They are merely ceramic products, not works of art. If you are looking for fine pieces, please look elsewhere.

Domestic Grade A (hard coating can be used in dishwashers), with a hard, ultra-white coating sprayed, hot transfer coating cup white cup (hard white), some cups may have slight imperfections on the surface. Due to the fragility of products such as hot transfer cups and plates, and the low profit margins, we do not specify the original packaging (e.g., cups are packed in cases of 36, with cup holders inside the outer box, each holder holds 12 cups, with paper boards separating each cup, and each cup is individually wrapped in a plastic bag) for shipping. We will do our best to pack them well, but we cannot control or guarantee 100% that there will be no damage during transportation. Based on our long-term shipping experience, direct logistics damage is relatively rare; shipping by courier and logistics that require transfers significantly increases the damage rate when using the original packaging. Adding a color box can only reduce the damage rate of the cups. Please do not threaten customer service with negative reviews to seek compensation. If you are such a person, please do not make an order. The cost of each color box is 0.35 yuan/piece; in addition, the more orders you place, the less likely they are to be damaged. The safest option is to choose a safety foam box packaging (one cup per foam box), which is essentially zero damage. The cost of foam boxes is 1.6 yuan/set.
